i heve this problem, from faq:

"connecting to peers"
One of the most common things to come up. You'll get this for any number of reasons including the tracker being down (you can check the error messages on the torrent details to verify), a firewall / router blocking your connection (in which case you need to open up the ports on the device to allow TF access, these ports a defined in the config.php in TF2.0 and in Admin -> settings in TF2.1), or lastly there being no peers to connect to.
If your sure that there is no firewall blocking your connections, another thing to check is that DNS is working from your server. Try the usual test liking pinging and verify that the correct nameservers are specified (usually located in /etc/resolv.conf).

to what ports should i change the range cause i have no option of changing the routrer/firew. options?

Leave the ports as is... and update your firewall / router to forward ports in that range to your TorrentFlux server.

Update your router (what ever is doing NAT or blocking traffic to your TorrentFlux server)... you MUST open and forward the port range to the IP address of your TorrentFlux server.   Just like you would any port application that needs to be connected to from behind your router / firewall.

You must setup a cookie under your profile... or the private tracker is probably not letting you connect.
