Here is a addon/extention for Firefox that adds .torrent to you TF server from a page.

Now while browsing for torrent files you can right click on the torrent link and have it added to your TorrentFlux list with a single click from the right click context menu.   You also have the option to have it auto login for you.

Requires FireFox.  Go FireFox!  Wink

It advisable to use it with TorrentFlux 2.1b version.

Did some Test and my result:
Really Nice Extension, but because i use my Torrentflux mostly for Privat Trackers, where I get an error on getting the Torrent into my Torrentflux, i can't use it very often!
Even if thats not so good, i will use this because i can log in to my Torrentflux sooooo easy Smiley

Thx for your work! Really GOOD result!!!

I want to thank IceWind (good friend) for this nice extension.   Works awesome.   I will be posting a link for this extension on the main page very soon.   Much thanks!

This is a TorrentFlux recomended extension / addon.  Smiley

Would be possible to modify this so that it uses xmlhttp or something to download the actual torrent file and then re-upload using the file upload feature in TF?  This would make the extention work well with private trackers.

Perhaps I'll have a hack at this myself if nobody does it.

That is an interesting idea.   Problem is... when you try to start the torrent on your TF box, it's IP will not be registered and you will still have problems -- unless you use cookie hack or proxy.

I would be interested in what you do here.

Well, I'd not thought about that, though it won't be an issue for me - most times I am inside my LAN anyway.

Not all trackers use this hack though. Actually, from what I have noticed, few do, not that I use 10 different private sites. The main one I use (login tracker) doesn't though, as at the moment I download the torrent from work, then manually upload it to FT at home.

Seamonkey?
I haven't used it. I'll try to port to it. Smiley

Regarding the final '/'. Has it not a final version i intend to fix that. So either we put it or not it won't cause trouble.

Has i said in another thread. This plugin don't use any strange behaviour.
It simply automates the usage of the download from url that exists in TF main page.
The first test that must be done, is to paste the full torrent url there and try.
If it fails, could be a TF problem or a tracker problem. Some trackers use different methods to post their torrents.
